Finalizing the Co-Design of People-to-People Collective Action for Global Solidarity

For the past three sessions, we have been reimagining what solidarity looks like when it is rooted in people, not institutions. In our final session of The Hive: The Empire is Burning, we will bring our ideas to life—finalizing the co-design, prototyping, and validation of a People-to-People Collective Action model for Global Solidarity.

This is not just a conversation but a participatory process where your lived experience, insights, and vision shape the way forward. How do we build a solidarity network that is reciprocal, power-sharing, and sustainable?

Co-designing people-to-people collective action for global solidarity of peace & social justice.

The collapse of traditional aid models has exposed contradictions—many have long criticized these systems, yet their abrupt removal has left frontline communities vulnerable.

The question now is: How do we create something better? In Session #3 of The Hive, we take the next step in our collaborative design journey to develop an alternative model of solidarity—one that is direct, people-centered, movement-led, and sustainable.

💡 What we’ll explore together:
🔹 What is in our hands to be in solidarity with frontline movements & peacebuilders?
🔹 How people can support movements effectively—without saviorism or gatekeeping?
🔹 What could an alternative funding & resource model look like?
🔹 How to design a scalable, grassroots-driven solidarity system?
